During my Christmas stay, I really liked that the hotel offered great discounts and upgrades for their rooms. It was a pleasant surprise to be upgraded to an AC room at no additional cost. the check, in process was smooth and hassle, free, with no strict policies regarding early check, ins. the location of the hotel was a major advantage, as it was just a 2, minute walk from the railway station. This made it very convenient for us to explore the city and visit the nearby attractions.
There were a few disappointing aspects of the hotel. the maintenance of the rooms and bathrooms was lacking.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, close to the bus stand and all the other bus travel offices. The rooms were big and spacious, with a balcony that offered a nice view. The hotel had a neat and clean toilet, which was a plus.
The maintenance of the rooms and bathrooms was not up to par. There were broken fittings in both the suite bathroom and the standard room bathroom, and the exhaust fan was not working.

We had a fantastic stay here. The staff were incredibly helpful and made our check-in and check-out process quick and seamless. We also appreciated the central location of the hotel, which made it easy for us to explore the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the facilities were well-maintained. Additionally, the breakfast buffet, although limited in items, was delicious and satisfying.

the location was perfect, just a short walk from the railway station, making it convenient for me as a foreign tourist. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a much-needed respite after a long day of sightseeing. the staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in process. the breakfast offered a decent selection, although I would have liked to see more variety. it was a pleasant stay.
I did notice a few maintenance issues that could be improved upon.
